Trade Check and Photo Shoot in Abra

One of the perks of my job, if I may call it a perk is to visit different places as well as meet people and learn their cultures. It also give me a chance to practice my photography hobby.

In between travels, I make it a point to take several snaps of lovely places. I’d like to share these photos to my friends and allow them to travel through my pictures. This week I went to Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur and Abra to check on our clients (stores) which have placement of our products.

Abra however is one of the provinces that I haven’t frequented, and driving in this territory was so overwhelming and it filled my eyes with so many beautiful green landscapes. I don’t have to say more just take a look at these photos and be mesmerized by the natural beauty of this area.

Never ending curves along the mountains…if you’re not used to driving in curves, this is a good practice…but be careful there are ravines….check your vehicle and brakes before the drive

I felt like singing Julie Andrew’s Sound of Music….the hills are alive with sound of music…… Simply looking at these hills while driving

Entering the Tangadan Tunnel, San Quintin, Abra….the entrance to the province

Felt like going to an entering an enchanted forest….

Overlooking the city….

A huge statue of Mother Mary watching and guiding the entire province… This statue is situated at the Victoria Park….

I didn’t get a chance to go to the tourist spots, but I’ll surely go back and visit these destinations…

A typical Archer who loves to travel and explore. Very much fascinated with life and what it can offer.
